On the 4th I was really glad to have the day off work.  We watched the fireworks from our front porch, which was nice because we didn't have to go anywhere.  Then on Saturday we had a really chill day and really didn't do anything.  I read most of the day and organized some of recipes.  I am trying to convert them into digital because then it will be easier to find versus going through all my binders with recipes in them.

Hope you all have a great week!  Let me know what you are plan to read next week in the comments!

    1. I reading His Banana for an event, a group of us are reading the book then doing a video chat and drinking some alcohol. Should be a lot of fun!! Yes, Dark Matter was soo good and now I can't wait to read Recursion! I agree having your recipes digitally is soo much easier! =)

    1. Thank you! With the Fire on High was okay there were names that were repeatedly constantly and it got pretty annoying! I did love the cooking aspect! =)

    1. I liked Emoni's story however Babygirl and Pretty Leslie was repeated far too much! It got annoying after the 50th time! LOL

  6. I have given up trying to even find things on paper/handwritten recipes anymore. Everything is online and you can search so much easier!

    1. Agreed but sometimes it's easier to have your recipes all in one place. Sometimes I could spend hours online looking for recipes! LOL =)

  9. I have no organisation when it comes to recipes. I don't even have the energy to try.

  10. Still giggling over the cover and title of His Banana. LOL Nice that you could watch fireworks from home! No battling parking and crowds. I really need to get my recipes sorted, too. I forever seem to have loose one laying around or else I keep printing the same ones over and over because I can’t find them.
